The main component to stress is our reaction to negative emotions. With consistent practice meditation helps build emotional resilience and re-pattern habitual negative emotional responses. 

​The space between a stressful situation and your reaction to it has a wealth of potential. In that space is the opportunity to breathe and make a different choice, a choice that can change your life for the better.

​Does it mean you will no longer become agitated, frustrated or angry? No, not at all. What you may find is you don't have to become quite as angry or frustrated as you originally thought.
